I got an e-mail from one of lead developers there to have an phone interview with them. So I made an appointment with them though the e-mail and had phone interview. The lead developer asked me fundamental computer science questionsand some language specific questions depends on the your primary computer lanugage. If you pass that phone interview, you will have onsite interview soon. It took about 2 days to have the onsite interview opportunity in my case. I had onsite interview with two of software architects and it was pretty good experience.
