I applied through Indeed, and was contact by an HR specialist the next day to setup a phone interview. This first interview was with a similar level employee with experience in the project that they were hiring for. It went a bit deeper than just resume items. At the end of the call, the employee let me know, he would recommend me for the next steps and I would be contacted within a few days. The same HR Specialist contacted me to schedule a face to face with the Program Manager and CEO. The interview was at their headquarters and very professional. It lasted a little over an hour and they requested a writing sample to be sent that day. They let me know they were interested, but did want the PM working with this client to contact me and the COO, which was conducted over the phone the very next day. That interview only took 20 min. The COO called my back with 10 min to offer me the job and work out start date, explain the benefits and salary negotiation,

The interview was a two round process. The first one was with the VP of services division where I was asked about my experience and given a background of the company and the job description The second round was with a President in the Rockville office. Post the interview I was given an offer that I accepted and this was followed by paperwork. The entire process was smooth and took around 3 weeks to complete.
