Entrevista
The interview process starts with an HR round. Once HR is happy with your profile a test is given to the candidate which he/she needs to complete within a time limit of somewhere around 8 hrs. The test includes a basic development of a PHP site.
This test gets evaluated based on your performance. If you perform well enough you get selected for the next face-to-face round with managers. Once they found you enough competent. Then you get selected for the post.
