1st Screening Round --> Collected the details like CTC, experience,...etc and and asked for 80% hike because they asked me to come to office for 5 days, As i am currently working from Home and i have the experience matches with their JD. And They said ok with package. 2nd Round Technical Discussion Virtual Interview --> Completed 3rd Round Managerial Round Virtual Interview --> Completed After completing Managerial Round they asked me to come to office for HR Discussion and conducted Technical discussion again and then taken HR Round 4th Round Technical Discussion with Manager(F2F)-->Completed 5th Round HR Round --> Collected details again and after completing all rounds they are saying less 10% hike for current CTC. I think they are not hiring people they are just showing their clients that they are hiring new employees. If you don't hire then why wasting our time. Techmojo Solutions is the worst company i have ever seen. What is the purpose of scheduling these many rounds of interview if you don't provide the requested Hike/Package. How can we come to office for 5 days with 10% hike to current package.
