First stage starts with two short tests: a Cognitive Test and a Personality Fit Test. They’re clear, easy to follow. try to save time for the cofnitive test's last question as it may take more time than others.

One of the questions is a logic puzzle where you have to match people with items using a set of true/false statements. You need to figure out which statements are correct and which aren’t. It’s a good idea to use a grid on paper to keep track of your deductions.

Entrevista
1 interview with a senior producer and another director. Questions were not accurate really with the position and it felt like the 2 recruiters didn't master the subject really well themselves. Other than that which I find odd is their criticizing other studios without having the slightest knowledge of their operation or their work. And when you asked them about their operation, knowledge, work and the respect of their employees lots of redflags starting to pop up! After the interview, basically a couple of hours later I decided to drop out from the hiring process...
