Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Technica.
Entrevista
Had to read 2 whitepapers on neural networks and write up an analysis/critique on them. Never discussed the papers or my write-up. Interview was casual. There were a couple awkward moments where I clearly didn't know what they were asking. But the team members seemed to value honestly. If you don't know something just be honest about it. By the end, they were joking with me and it felt pretty easy-going. I'd feel comfortable working with these team members.

It was very quick. Before speaking with anyone, they gave me 2 papers on neural networks that I needed to write responses for. Then, I spoke with the engineering VP and w/ members of the R&D team.
Also, the recruiter said ~60k for this position which is absurdly low considering the technical expertise they required and that they want you to work on-site. I'm not sure who would accept 60k to work as a data scientist in NOVA.

There was no coding component. There were many technical questions about a range of ML/DL topics.

Salary range is far below market (the HR person said 55k - 65k for this position). Then I was asked to read 2 difficult papers on neural networks and write summary/insights, before even speaking to anymore on the team. I refused since it would take several hours. It's insulting. Shows how little regard this company has for your time.
