All I got to know at the end of the interview was that they are checking only my communication skills and how good I'm in opening my heart out while talking even in the technical round. Talk was that at least 50% of the candidates get rejected at every round and at the end that seemed to be true. PS - Impress the HR with the essay and your Communication skills.
