The interview procedure was not clear from the start and it was not well explained which role each of the persons in the committee fulfilled in the organization. There were 3 skype interviews and a visit to the site. After the visit to the site, another (decisive) skype interview was planned with a leading person that actually turned out to be very important in the projects (so I wondered why this was planned lately and could not have taken place before the site visit). After all, the interviews took 4 months and they decided to put me for 2 months in the waiting room to be able to check other candidates.
