The interview process was one in-person interview followed by a design project challenge. The challenge consisted of designing a solution to a previous real-world engineering problem using any resource available to you. This challenge lasted a week before you are flown out to the campus to present your solution.

There was a first round on-campus interview which took place in which they asked a series of behavioral questions followed by a technical question which may be related to your field of study. They are looking more so for an answer that is backed by reason and logic than one that is true. They are also looking for you to ask questions before attempting to give an answer.
