      Everything was clearly communicated with me, the process was definitely thorough but they detailed everything upfront. I did not move past the skills assessment, but again my recruiter was prompt with all communications.

      Entrevista

      I was selected for an interview process after receiving an email confirmation. The process started with a one-on-one interview with HR, during which we discussed my qualifications and experiences. This was followed by a skillset test that involved creating a PowerPoint presentation to showcase my abilities. Finally, I progressed to a video chat with the prospective team I would be working with. This phase allowed me to interact with the team members, discuss technical aspects, ongoing projects, and understand the team's dynamics.

      Entrevista

      A very time consuming process. Involves multiple interviews, a test, and a test drive (4 hour day shadowing, testing, and interviewing). Feels exceedingly long and tedious for an entry level position--and all the testing seemed irrelevant to the part of the job I saw while shadowing. As a side note, maybe it's just the CS department, but there is an extreme lack of diversity. Mostly white men and then some (exclusively blonde) white women sprinkled in. Hard to tell if that's intentional or not.
