i applied online, recieved a HR call they scheduled me an interview on july 2025, they explained me interview process as : HR -> Technical -> machine round -> interview with director -> 3days trial period. after all this their policy was like : 6month (reducable acc. to performance) as trainee stipend 6k till training period, then after 10k , after 1.5 year huge salary hike we've to submit our original academic marksheets, 2year bond. work hour : 10:30AM - 8:30 PM (10 hour)
