I am a computer science student 2016 passed out. Well trained in java. First i would like to share is.. Dont even join this company even if u get a job. Now i tell u what i experienced from this company. Recently they conducted an off campus walkin in geetanjali college hyderabad., almost 700 members attended. 1st round aptitude and 2nd round written technical. Every one should attend both.They did a very clever algorithm here, they selected the people for testing who cleared aptitude well and selected people for developing who cleared written coding. That gave me a good impression on company. Here the game starts. Even though i wrote the very much optimised and perfect code i got rejected.recorrection was held for them. who was not happy. Anyways 50 members of us kept the recorrection and i got selected.3rd round is system test. In which they asked us to create a parking lot ticket issuing program. 7 members of us cleared it. This is really SHAME to company.. About this recruitment team. They started a game here. They collected our resumes and told us to come for the interview next day 10'o clock. God knows how i prepared whole night and prayed god for this. But finally i entered their office with lots of enthusiasm. Their i collapsed seeing that only 5members attended. Among five members 1 person didnt even write any of the 3 rounds that i cleared. So, he is recommended candidate from geetanjali college where this off campus walkin held. We entered 4th round technical face 2 face as well as HR. with 100% confidence i entered his cabin he asked me few questions to which i answered and then gave me a program.. I finished off.. Asked me to optimize.. I did..Then again optimization.. I did it to 8 lines of code.Gave me another program.. Same process continued.. Finally he smiled and said wait outside for 5min. I came out and about to sit, a person came to me & said i got rejected. How i got rejected and a person who didnt even attend first 2 rounds got selected???
