This is one of the worst company, you would give your interview for. One of the HR people reached me out on Linkedin, then asked for contact number. On call, as soon as I said yes, she asked me to submit an assessment(in reactjs or angularjs) that she will be sending within 2 days(not even asking my availablity)! I did the submission anyway but 4 days later, I realized that nobody even reviewed it. She then asked some HR questions and cleared me out that this is a fullstack developer salary with expertise in Reactjs. I thought she would now connect with some tech guy for interview but she herself started asking questions. I believe the HR people have been provided with a list of such questions. I answered most of the questions, after this she told that I'll be asked same set of questions by another tech guy so I need to prepare. She arranged a phone call with one of the tech guy but it couldn't happen because of technical reasons. At this point, she asked me to share screen and solve some "codility" problems with different level of difficulties. I cleared this one too. After this I asked her that I would like this process to be closed within 2 weeks and she said there are 3 more rounds of interviews left! WTH!? I said ok, I just wanted to see how it will end, the next thing I asked was to have an interview in their onsite office. I was interviewed by one of the senior developers. He asked me some good questions on HTML and CSS, asked me to solve a problem on the whiteboard, I did well but he didn't look satisfied. After some time, I realized he was asking problems from some website. When the discussion went on Advanced CSS and ECMAScript, I felt he wasn't able to understand my simple answers. He said he had been working there for 5 years. I wonder whether he even knows something about advanced concepts. I was so frustrated at this point of time but I kept calm. In the end, he directly said that I am not a good fit for the company and that I can go. Trust me I was so relieved hearing that. I've been in many interviews and have met wonderful people and this guy was not even 1% of those. I thanked him and left the place FOREVER!
