On a Wednesday, I had a Zoom formal Interview with the Program Manager that I would be collaborating with and the head of the department. Interview with Program Manager was pleasant. Interview with the Head of dept. was not, she was looking to grill me. After finishing the Interview I was told I would hear back with a decision by end of the week. I did not receive any updates until 3 months later, today finally they got back to me with a generic rejection email from the Greenhouse ATS. Very unprofessional to leave you in the dark for 3 months and not offer a personalized email from the interviewers.
