The process was supposed to be conducted in one day. They just had a normal conversation in the first meeting after an hour of waiting. I was asked to travel all over again for another interview with a senior guy and then made to wait for over 2 hours. The offer letter was produced after the interview but saying that there was scope for negotiation, the held me for over 15-20 days. They called me again, a third time to negotiate on the offer, made me wait for another 1.5 hours and did not actually revisit on what they were offering before. Having explicitly told that I had an offer from elsewhere, they started badmouthing about and criticizing the other organization. The experience could not impart in me, enough vibes of professionalism.
