      Justin Dews, the CIO apparently, reached out to me over email and we were able to get an interview set up. On the day of the interview, Justin did not call me at all. I waited over an hour for him to call me or email me an explanation, I got nothing. I ended up reaching out to Justin to see what happened, his response is as follows, "The day got away from me and I completely missed our scheduled phone interview". Now, even though this was completely unprofessional of Justin, I am an understanding person, so we got another interview set up the next day. On interview attempt number 2, Justin called me on time! However, Justin proceeded to speed his way through the interview, and finished his part of the interview in a whopping 10 minutes! Wow! I ended up trying to talk about my own experience to at least get 30 minutes out of this interview, but it was so painful talking to Justin, as he clearly didn't want to do this interview, that I was only able to talk for an additional 10 minutes. Justin, I'm aware that you're an CIO at a "Computer Support and Services" company, but from one techy to another, I recommend you set up reminders in Outlook so you don't forget about things you need to do for your clients. If anyone wants to experience a bad interview, just set an interview up with this company.

      Thank you for giving us this feedback about your experience. It's disappointing to hear that it was a negative one, and not what we strive for in interactions with our candidates. I apologize that we dropped the ball so hard here - it's not fair to you to have your time wasted and to feel like you were rushed. While we felt during the interview that it wasn't going to be a mutual fit, that should have been conveyed to you more effectively. Thank you for helping us improve and I hope your job search has been successful!
