There are a total of 4 stages 1st stage: Technical test You may use Java/C/C++ during this test. Algorithms does not need to be very strong but you need to know your data structures like pointers, linked list, bst. 2nd stage: first interview Interview with Singapore team, a chance for both parties to introduce each other. They will ask which games you play to better assess which team/project they will place you in as they have a few IPs they are working on. They may ask you database related questions on how you would design a table for a certain case study. 3rd stage: second interview Interview with Japanese managers, speaking Japanese is a plus but not a must here (interview is in Japanese but there is a translator) Technical phase is over and this interview focuses on your personality, your standard interview stuff. 4th stage: third interview Final boss round, interview with Yoichi Erikawa the founder and president of Koei Tecmo. He asks similar questions to those asked in second interview, you may need to repeat some points addressed in second interview but basically if you get to this point, you are very close to being accepted.
