Interview was about an hour long with one of the division Area Managers and Vice Presidents. Questions were pretty typical (Strengths, Weaknesses, Describe a time when...., leadership examples, how ethical are you, etc)

Very friendly they just ask about yourself and how it relates to the job. They had a panel of a few guys all very nice people. They are just trying to get to know what kind of person you are and if you would fit with them. Very family oriented
