This was an insanely long process for a position that pays below market rate. First call is with the recruiter, then they ask you to take two assessments, after which you meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager does everything he can to hype up the company, transparency, culture, everything to make the role seem great, while telling you they recently let people go due to bad culture fits. You then get to have two one on ones with the sales directors, who both seem more concerned with taking digs at your work history and making you uncomfortable rather than learning about your sales abilities. Final step is a role play, where they will ask you to pick a brand and go through the process from discovery to close. Here, they will go on another power trip and ding you for not knowing things about their process that you would have know way of knowing without actually working there. Finally, after another week you get a generic email saying that they've decided not to move forward. All and all, this process took about two months and was a complete waste of time. Do not bother with this organization.

It was probably one of the best interviews I have had on reflection. There were no generic questions asked, I felt the whole process evolved around me and what I could bring to the role, the sales team and the company. All too often in interviews the company will base their decision purely on your resume, with Teikametrics it felt like they wanted to dig deep to get to know the real me. I left their offices feeling empowered after every interview. The process what quite rigorous though so wouldn't be for the faint hearted. Questions came quickly and from different directions. I guess this was to see how I reacted in those time pressured situations.
