There was a group webinar presentation followed by a personal interview (w/John Walsh) the following day. The organization and position requirements were further detailed and my qualifications for the position were reviewed.

We were brought in as a group to learn about the company. We were shown a presentation. We did a question and answer session. We were brought back individually to a question and answer session. The Manager asked several job related questions. The manager then asked a few back at a later time and learned a great deal more of function and payment structure.
