Entrevista
They will hire you no matter what. They take cheque of CTC amount as agreement/bond.
They will put a whole lot of pressure on you in first month because its a product based company so they want you to go through all the things related to their product in less than a month with having tasks as well in between.
Advice :don't ask questions to CEO or CTO. They don't like being questioned. If you question them from the very first day, chances are they will pressurise you to leave company.
Note :If you are joining, beware of CTO of the company. He will give feedback of yours to CEO in whole different manner. So better if you could interact with CEO yourself, don't involve CTO in between. He will be assigned you as a mentor but i believe he needs to be well aware of the company code first(and brush up his technical skills).

just ask about the fundamental concept in Java and need to clear one written test based on Java OOPS concept, multi-threading, SQL joins, HTTP protocols, simple jsp concept, difference in servlet forward and redirect method. Also some other from servlet.
