1st round is HR call (asks about salary expectations and some questions on experience and past companies) 2nd round is a technical interview with pair programming. Nothing hard. 3rd round is a task, you will get plenty of time to complete it. 4th and final round is a talk with CEO (culture round)

They find my resume and made a call that i fit in the role they are seeking for and arranged Skype interview on the same day. But on the scheduled time interviewer did not come and I reminded them with a message. Later the interview person came and conducted the interview with irrelevant questions. She gave the confidence that my profile matches exactly the same they are looking for the role and stated that HR will talk further.After no communication I made a follow-up after 3 days and they said better luck next time stating the reason that my profile doesn't match. They are completely wasting others time, no professional behaviour, if my profile doesn't match then why they need to schedule interview? Complete waste of time and resources. I am glad that I had a great escape from such a confusing environment.
