I applied online, got a call, they called for the face to face interview and got selected. The questions where totally based on your previous exoerience, like wht you did and did you face any challenges in your previous job, and how dis you tesolve it.

I was called and asked to come in to their office at Richmond Hill for an interview. While the invitation process was pretty cold and with no further details either over the phone or email, I decided to travel the 2 hours for the interview as I needed the job. I was not asked any interview questions AT ALL. The interviewer sat me down and just gave me a brief of the role in 10 minutes flat which make it sound like a minimum wage body-shop to be honest. Probably the reason why I wasnt given any details on the phone. She then asked me to think about it and let her know if I wanted to join them as she was fine with "trying me out".
