At the end of the interview, I was invited for an in-person interview to test my Excel skills. During my hours spent at the company, I got to meet my future colleagues, see the workplace, and speak directly with current employees. It was an excellent way to get a 360-degree view of the company before making my final decision. The entire recruitment process took one week. Everything was very clear and professional!
