Thank you. We appreciate you taking time to write your review. This year has certainly changed the face of interviewing from in-person to all via video interviewing. We are very happy that with our platform partners and technology, we have not skipped a beat interviewing in this time of social distancing. As a matter of fact, we have done a nice job rolling out training on inclusive and non bias interviewing, which we are very proud of. We are working hard on other ways to successfully measure our candidates through methods, such as Performance Based interviewing as well. Our leaders and hiring managers are very comfortable interviewing and making hiring decisions over video now.
