The process began with me sending my application. A recruiter contacted me after two weeks and had a call of 60 minutes with me. The recruiter informed me that all the information will be given to the next hiring manager. After 60 minutes, I’m being told that I’ll move forward and that the next person (Carolina) will call me soon. Waited two weeks, no contact. I message the recruiter, and Carolina magically calls me inviting me for an interview in place. During the interview in place, the hiring manager has no clue of what the position is about and has no clue about what being a project manager is about. She told me she would reach out to me soon within 7 days. 14 days passed, I reach out to her and magically she claims that they found another person for the role and she was just going to text me. Avoid them!
