I was called for a first interview for the MRT position. The initial interview was with the location's administrator and the office manager. It was very laid back and the questions were pretty typical. Once the first interview happened, it was about a month later before I received a call for a second interview which was less formal and with a mix of people. It was a little daunting at first but was quite enjoyable. By the end of the day, I received a job offer.

First contact included an email with a questionnaire to be filled out and returned further explaining expertise and experience. Second, there was a phone call to schedule a virtual interview. Third, a phone call including the job offer.
