First round of the interview is the phone interview to go over the resume and basic hardware and software technical question. the second round interview had one written test and some verbal technical question. The last round of the interview is the panel interview, with basic behavioral interview, and some system design and coding question.

When I came here ,theirs parking lot write "only for telesair" during the interview one person ask me several technical question with one paper ,so easy but no professional.small company but five people interviewed me ,most all of them are engineer.

Entrevista
I had an initial coding test over zoom, taking about an hour. After this I was brought onsite for interviews with several team members. Despite — by the hiring manager's own admission — outperforming all the other candidates on the coding test and technical questions, my recruiter told me they were reluctant to hire me because I didn't have 'deep knowledge' of certain embedded systems. My recruiter also mentioned the management's general disorganization and difficulty of getting an answer from them. Telesair was very disrespectful of my time, behavior that is becoming depressingly common among employers.
