I really enjoyed the interview process at Telgorithm. Tori, the HR manager was very professional and courteous, and the first call was like talking with a friend. She was very welcoming and listed all the steps of the interview process and even let me know that she would be moving onto the next step with the hiring manager. What I really appreciated was that before each interview, Tori would include a snippet on what type of questions and experiences that I should be prepared for during the upcoming interview. They were very helpful during my preparation and I felt confident leading into each stage of the interview. In addition to the hiring manage, I had a great call with the CEO and the two other team members in the support team. In between there was a take-home assignment with questions related to the type of issues I would help resolve for our customers at Telgorithm. The response time was quick, and the overall interview process took around 3 weeks from the first call to being offered the role.
