Interview process was quick. 3 interviews: first with HR only, second with team members, third with team manager. One interview per week. Everybody were very polite. Questions were very easy.

Focused mostly on the understanding of common technical programming concepts. Asked about concepts like object oriented programming, test driven development, domain driven design. Interviewer was friendly and gave space for answering and answered questions clearly.

Initial phone screening to get to know who you are as a person. Then meeting with hiring manager. However it took quite a long time with reschedules. After that I had to wait almost a month for technical interview and the ghosting. Really unprofessional.
