Long! I had to meet with 5 different technical and management people. They gave me a series of puzzles to solve (NOT PROGRAMMING!) which was actually really fun. They also asked me to submit code from previous projects (which I had permission to share), and they reviewed the code with me. They asked me why I coded certain things a certain way (the guy who interviewed me REALLY understood my code well). They do their homework preparing for an interview - be sure to come prepared!
