I interviewed from July 25 to September 22 (about 8 weeks), with four rounds in total: an initial HR screen, a Writing Assessment, an interview with the Hiring Manager, and two additional interviews with managers. The process was generally professional, but quite drawn out. After investing significant time and completing multiple rounds, I received a generic form letter as the final response. A more personalized closing would have better reflected the time and engagement involved.
