Disgraceful and Unprofessional. Applied for an analyst role. Only offered a temp-to-perm role with 30% below market rate monthly base for both temp and perm salary. Made me wait 3 weeks from interview to make verbal offer. Accepted half a week later over email and kept waiting for a week for written offer and contract. MD calls a week later to retract offer because they wanted someone with experience, even though I already accepted the offer. I declined 2 final rounds because of this. Very unprofessional and disgraceful. If the management were CFA members, I would report this to the CFA Institute.

Met with 3 people simultaneously. Interview took around an hour total. Spoke with Head of Investment Banking and two Vice Presidents. They seemed to heavily emphasize technical skills. Well educated management.
