I went through a video interview where we answer different behavioral questions regarding different customer service scenarios. If I recall correctly, you are given 2 mins before you answer a question so you have plenty of time to form a response. You also get 3 attempts to record your answers.

Easy to get through. Direct meeting with the store managers. Seamless process.
There are about two interview rounds one a video interview and then meeting with you store manager and assistant store manager.
