-Promotion (3 years ago); With the Dean's Office: involved several Deans and other advising representatives; Goal setting, vision of department requested; standard request to bring resumes for all involved; very formal despite familiarity.

The process was: 15 minute phone screen then in-person and virtual meeting with manager, then a group presentation and finally team interviews. It took some time to get a final offer due to reference checks and background check process.

Entrevista
I received an email for an interview via call, and then was invited to campus for an in person interview. The job description did not match what they were looking for at all. I never heard from them about whether or not I got the job and my job profile is still in "Interview" status 3 months later. Horrible, unprofessional experience.
