Very thorough, the company wants to hire proactive and motivated people. I felt as though they were looking to just fill a position but that was not the case. They truly care about who they hire.

The interview process is a two-step process. You will come in and actually meet one of the managers on your first visit, sit and have a talk about yourself, etc. It is very laid back. If you make it to the second interview, then you'll do the same thing with the shift supervisor. You make it past that and they like what they hear, then you will be offered the position. But come prepared to train...you don't just sit around and do nothing.
