I’m sorry you felt like you had a negative experience whilst interviewing with us. We have a great internal talent function, who we use to hire our people to ensure a positive candidate experience. Our process can take several weeks from when you submit your CV to an offer and this is due to our robust processes, but also on hiring managers, client requirements and availability. Occasionally due to recruitment spikes and demands we use external recruitment agencies and I think this is what has happened here.
