Unprofessional! I have never met an HR who would answer a candidate rudely that you can only know the compensation and benefits once you're selected. Your pay is surely at a market rate. So, how much? Also, C&B are not just about salary. There're a lot of things that the candidate would like to know right? It's not "one-way" communication. What's so unfair to the candidate. Both can choose. That's why I know why the vacancy has never been filled up. In fact, it's difficult to find in-house ppl to work at an agency. If the recruitment style is so "supreme", good luck for this co to get the imaginary one for work someday........
