Applied through basic online submission through online job board and submit resume. I received a call to schedule 1st interview with Recruiter and Manager. The Recruiter was very nice and professional , the manager was very late and didn’t ask any questions. I can’t say if I felt they had any way to evaluate my experience. Moved onto 2nd interview with Director and went well and they were nice and experienced but they didn’t ask a lot of questions and focused on themselves due to being new in the role and wanted to focus on their vision and things they want to do. I was then scheduled for 3rd interview with additional Director and that was additional questions focused on my last company and their processes mostly and a lot about metrics. Most disappointing part of the process was investing time 3 weeks and not receiving a phone call or email that I wasn’t selected for the role. I was ghosted in this difficult job environment by people I liked and feel like are peers in the healthcare recruitment community. It’s ok to not be selected because there was a better candidate but let people know.

The hiring process took three weeks, a phone interview was conducted first. The manager asked simple and complex questions. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes. The on-boarding process took two weeks.
