I found out about the internship through a networking event at school. Applied online but for some reason, they did not get all my information and I had to rush and redo it over again... odd. That wasn't a great impression on the company and felt awkward, I wasn't the only person this happened to.
There were two people there to interview me. One person gave an informative interview and the other person gave a behavioral interview. It was about 5-6 pages of questions to be answered, most similar to the same questions.
The orientation was in Nashville, I mentioned that I couldn't drive there and knew then I probably wouldn't get hired. The focus of the interview was on what experience I had professionally. By the energy, I could tell they were looking for more experience than I could offer.
I was notified by email that I did not get the job. If you do get the job they'll call you.
