The interview process was extremely and unnecessarily long. The first interview was about 30-45 min, the second interview was an hour long, and the third was also an hour long. There were personality and critical thinking tests I had to take in between each interview, which were more than an hour long. After telling me I was their top candidate and taking up way too much of my time, they told me they weren't moving forward with me. A few weeks later, they contacted me at my new workplace and told me they regretted not hiring me. By that time, I was happy with my new job and declined the offer with TNH.
