On-line questions first; in-house interview with four people; pleasant; laid back...after the live interview, I had to wait a long time to receive a call back. After the call offering me the job, I had to wait another week or so for my background check. It was a long process but worth it.

I applied for the position online. I first was sent a "first round interview" which was a series of questions pertaining to the job specifically. I then received notification of "second round interview" in which I received a separate email with details to schedule the virtual interview. Scheduled the virtual interview. In the meantime, I was emailed consent forms for background check for TBI. Had the virtual interview with three employees. I was informed that their wee more interviews to be conducted and that if an offer was to be extended, I would be notified via email. Interviewers stress the need for flexibility and adaptation along with time management and organization. The women were courteous and respectful throughout the process.
