It was typed out interview questions and an email following those that said, “You have moved on to the next level” with no follow up AT ALL. Very disappointing process altogether.

You apply for a position. If you meet the requirements then they will send you whats called a "survey monkey". This survey consists of several questions. If you answer those questions favorably then you will be called in to complete an in person interview. These interviews will be with a panel of supervisors. If this panel selects you then you will get the job!
