I had a phone interview. The person interviewing me had very specific questions and drilled me for whatever answers they had in mind. When I asked questions however, I was given vague answers. It was an uncomfortable interview.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview and was asked in for a face to face interviews. Lots of questions about previous work situations. Seemed like very nice people. Office appeared to be very laid back as well.
