Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Tenstreet.
Entrevista
The interview process is extremely long and drawn out. Phone interview first, then if you pass that, you will have “homework” to do. The homework is responding to a mock email from a customer and leaving a voicemail for the hiring manager basically selling yourself on why they should pick you for an interview. Then if you make it past that, you will interview for an hour multiple times (3-4 rounds). Finally, if you make it through that, you will meet on Zoom with the CEO for him to make the final decision.
It is a very lengthy process.

Why do Tenstreet.
The phone interview was one of the most unusual I’ve experienced. Questions were asked with long pauses afterward and little engagement, which made it clear early on that the role didn’t feel like the right fit. While that’s perfectly okay, the recruiter’s lack of enthusiasm and limited knowledge of the company and position—especially when I asked clarifying questions—further confirmed that it wasn’t the right match for me.

Entrevista
The interview process was long and tedious. It took around 2 months and it was three panel interviews with 2-3 people in each session. They asked similar questions each time so it felt very repetitive anx disengaging.

The interview was conducted via Zoom with 3 members of the staff. The questions were engaging and thought-provoking. Very conversational and not intimidating. Each member seemed very transparent in their own experience with the company
