Technical and HR interview comprising of many questions including case study and also experiences As a fresher I was confused on experiences I was able to answer HR round interviews without any difficulty. If prepared it is easy to crack an interview
The interview process stages was lengthy. First with the recruiter which was about 2hrs. Then a technical interview with one of the software developers in which we did a paired coding challenge and spoke about the company. Finally with the CTO which was probably the most empty interview I've ever had. It wasn't technical or interesting, in the end I felt so drained and wasted my time. After the conversation with the CTO it did not feel a place to work in.
