I applied on LinkedIn and received an email saying I was shortlisted for screening questions. I replied to the questions via email. A few weeks later, I received an email saying that a committee read through my answers and that they wouldn't be moving forward and "are unable to provide specific feedback." Great Mission but a subpar interview process. Based on my experience and reading the other review from the communications director applicant, they should embrace the humanity their organization claims to provide for the community when they hire people. It must not be the best place to work if they do this to people.
