It was funny because the request was for a minimum salary + satisfactory salary In the end they give you the minimum salary as base and the monthly bonus brings your salary to the satisfactory one. The bonus is granted every month, but not fully, it changes each time. And it does not depend on your performance, because there is no method to measure performances in Teradata Prague. The interview was quite easy 1 or 2 technical questions only But both HR and the management told me lies before, during and after the interview. The job is not as they described and presented. Nor is the environment.
