Entrevista
2 technical interviews executed through Skype. First one 30 minutes the second one 90 minutes, after which face to face meeting with the hiring manager. Both of the interviewing engineers were competent at their area of expertise, however obviously reading from prepared interview sheet. Both interviews consisted of basic lightning questions regarding IT (Unix, SQL joins, proxy servers...) and Java programming assignments (2nd year University level).
Interview situation was rushed and questions not in anyway reflecting the job description.

Entrevista
I had two technical phone interviews followed by one online talk with the HR staff. Everyone was very friendly, positive and made me feel comfortable. The process was easy and without major delays.
The process checks if the candidate has consultancy skills or not. It might not be so related to technical stack as they prefer educating the candidate themselves through their trainings
