The process of the interview wasn't terrible, unorganized, but not terrible. Began with recruiter contacting me by phone as he read my resume online. A strong background in sales seemed to be their primary reason for calling me. Second, took a few different tests online before they would see me for personal interview. Third, went in for initial interview at Plantation office. 2 others were being interviewed before me, I was early. Their interviews lasted about 10-15mins each, thought mine would be the same. I was there for just under 3 hours. While the gentleman interviewing me seemed to like me, he was very disorganized, jumped around from topic to topic as if he needed ritalin, but we got there in the end. Asked me back for the following day to interview with him, as well as his boss. (Fourth) I spent the majority of my time with his boss for the second interview. Very straight forward, honest man... respectable. It was much easier talking with him as he was focused, had respect for me and my time, and we spoke very clearly with each other. But after I was finished with that 1 on 1, the previous gentleman came back into the equation and it all went pear shaped again. I gave them my information for the background check, took the drug test, and told them I needed a day or two to decide
